We think clothes should be fun, but we take our business seriously.

Shipping costs:

Shipping is either included in the purchase cost, or you get a free bow tie and pay a lot for shipping.  Up to you how to think about it.

How we fill your order:

By lawn gnomes. No, but really.

After your bowtie is constructed in a Los Angeles based, new-age cottage industry manufacturing laboratory, it is mailed to you via the United States Postal Service and should arrive in your mailbox or possibly hidden cleverly under your doormat.

When you'll get your order:

It's very simple to figure it out.  Just take the number of bowties you've ordered multiplied by the number of letters in the last name of your billing address divided by the square root of the month you placed your in plus one thousand six hundred and forty two and that's how  many hours until your order ships.  That should work out to 4 to 7 days if you've done your math correctly.

Returning a bowtie:

If you are unsatisfied with your bowtie, please keep it in it's resellable and unwashed condtion and send us an email or give us call.  We'll be happy to facilitate the reunion of your unsatisfactory bowtie with it's brethren.

Giving us your money:

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Gold bars, small islands, souls (yours or someone else's), magic beans, may be acceptable forms of payment, but only for in-person transactions occurring dark alleys.

Should you choose to pay through Squarespace commerce, your information is totally secure.  We couldn't sell your information to foreign governments even if we wanted to.  Not even if we had a source at Squarespace (which we do), and a bank account in the Caymans (but we only use it for paying our Boy Band Rejects and Garden Gnomes).  So, yeah.  Totally safe.
